Quick Summary: We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Most products in new condition can be returned or exchanged, with some exceptions for custom and specialty items.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

What Can Be Returned

  • Items in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Products with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping
  • Items that differ significantly from their online description

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Furniture: Including custom-sized dining tables, bespoke bedroom sets, and personalized office furniture
  • Final Sale Items: Clearly marked clearance or final sale products
  • Assembled Furniture: Items that have been fully assembled (partial assembly for inspection is acceptable)
  • Used or Damaged Items: Products showing signs of use, wear, or customer-inflicted damage
  • Missing Components: Items returned without original packaging, manuals, or parts

Note: For hygiene reasons, mattresses and upholstered items can only be returned if defective and must be inspected by our team first.

Return Process

Step 1: Submit Return Request

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials. Include the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the box.

Step 4: Return Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

  • Credit Card Payments: 5-10 business days after return approval
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after return approval

What Will Be Refunded

  • Full item price for returns due to defects or errors on our part
  • Item price minus original shipping costs for change of mind returns
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Note: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Exchange Process

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship the replacement product. Exchange shipping is free for defective or incorrect items, but standard shipping rates apply for size/color exchanges.

If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or process a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund and coordinate pickup of the damaged item at no cost to you.
